About the Service

PochiLog ("the Service") is a free web app that lets you track daily activities with one tap and share your calendar with others. This is an indie project run by one person, so things may not always be perfect — but here are some basic ground rules to keep it fun for everyone.

By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Prohibited Activities

Please refrain from the following:

• Activities that violate or may violate applicable laws
• Posting content that is discriminatory, violent, or otherwise offensive
• Posting content that infringes on the rights of others (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
• Distributing spam or malware, or interfering with the Service
• Unauthorized use of the Service or attacks on its systems

Content

You retain ownership of any content you post (calendar names, icons, etc.). If content is found to violate these terms, we may remove it or suspend your account.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, including calendars, records, and uploaded images. This action cannot be undone.

Disclaimer

Since this is an indie project, we do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee that service interruptions or data loss will never happen. We appreciate your understanding.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as needed. For any significant changes, we will notify you within the Service. The latest version is always available on this page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
