PochiLog is a free, indie-developed service. We care about your privacy and want to be transparent about what information we handle.
All you need to create an account is a user ID and password. We do not collect personal information such as email addresses or names.
The data we store consists of the calendar names, button labels, icon images, records, and notes that you create.
Calendar names, button labels, icon images, records, and notes are shown on public calendar pages. Anyone with the URL can view them, and social crawlers may access them when pages are shared.
Please do not post personal information or sensitive details such as your real name, contact details, address, school, workplace, or private schedule information.
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, and Cloudflare for login protection and delivery infrastructure. These providers may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser information, and cookies.
PochiLog includes links to external services for optional support. Once you leave PochiLog, the handling of your information is governed by the policies of the destination service.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. After deletion, your calendars, records, and icon images will no longer be available in the app. This action cannot be undone.
However, recovery backups may retain copies for up to 30 days. Those backups are not public and are kept only for disaster recovery.
